“ The food is always great. Just make sure you check your order before leaving the drive thru. I got the French Dip one time. When I got home, all I had was a dry roast beef sandwich with no juice to dip it in. ”

The inside staff is always courteous and attentive. Arbys coach your window staff, as they are not always as attentive or friendly. The last two window pickups the employee looked straight ahead at her register, didnt talk to me, and kind of sidehanded my bag. Ill chalk it up to inexperience or a bad day or two because the staff is normally excellent. Yes, this is MY Arbys. ”
